Welcome. I work with people to uncover the stronger, wiser, more resilient self that already lies within. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck in feelings of depression or anxiety. Or maybe you're struggling with old beliefs about yourself and old patterns of relating to others that just aren't working anymore.

My practice focuses on nurturing connection, self compassion and insight, so you can take action to move into the life you want to live.

I have a passion for working with new moms along with specialized training in perinatal mental health. I offer support for anxiety and depression, forming healthy attachment to your baby, creating strong relationships, grieving losses and changed relationships and telling the story of who you are now.

 I hold a B.A. in Psychology, a Master's degree in Counselling and additional training in perinatal mental health. I have two children of my own and it was my experiences of motherhood, including a difficult postpartum journey, that led me to specialize in this area.
