Couples e-therapy

From sleepless nights and feeling "touched out" to changes in desire and managing in-laws' expectations  - becoming a parent can put a strain on your relationship. Couples counselling can help you to communicate more effectively, so you can deepen your bond and tackle challenges together instead of letting them pull you apart.

Individual e-therapy

Individual counselling allows for a deeper exploration of whatever concerns you.
As a parent, you spend a lot of time caring for at least one other human being. Counselling gives you the space to focus on yourself and to speak freely without having to take care of the person you're talking to.
