Couple in Love

Couples counselling

I work with couples to deepen their understanding of each other and the relationship patterns that are keeping them stuck.
When we understand that the the problem is in the pattern, not in us or our partner, it opens the door to greater love, security and communication.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling allows for a deeper exploration of whatever concerns you.

Counselling gives you the space to focus on yourself, set goals for your growth and wellbeing and speak freely with a neutral person.

Postpartum Counselling

An estimated 1 in 6 women and 1 in 10 men experience a postpartum mood disorder. If you're struggling - a little or a lot - remember, you don't have to do this alone.

Counselling offers a safe, confidential, and accepting place to talk and tools to help you feel better.

Fees are based on the fee schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

50 min individual session $125
